Fields: Lands in the northern area of the province of Reggio Emilia, located in the municipalities of Gualtieri, Boretto, Novellara and Guastalla.
Grapes: Lambrusco: Salamino, Maestri, Marani, Ancellotta. Hand picked from 10 September to 10 October.
Colour: ruby red with an evanescent froth.
Fragrance: fruity, intense, refined, delicately winey, typical of Lambrusco.
Taste: dry, harmonious, rightly acid, sightly full bodied.
Vinification: Red wine vinification with maceration. Secondary fermentation in autoclave with the Classic Charmat Process.
Alcohol content: 11% vol
Gastronomic combination: Tortellini in broth, cooked shoulder and slightly seasoned cold cuts.
