SPARKLING - Reggiano Lambrusco D.O.P.

Dry Red - 750 ml

The bright and intense ruby red colour is the best introduction for the intense and gratifying fragrances. Composed by hints of fresh red berries, raspberries, currants and wild strawberries. The fragrance remains on the palate, in the body, which is well arranged between the right alcoholic content, the aftertaste of the acidic crispness, the balance of the effervescence.


Fields: Lands in the northern area of the province of Reggio Emilia, located in the municipalities of Gualtieri, Boretto, Novellara and Guastalla.
Grapes: Lambrusco: Salamino, Maestri, Marani, Ancellotta. Hand picked from 10 September to 10 October.
Colour: ruby red with an evanescent froth
Fragrance: fruity, intense, refined, delicately winey, typical of Lambrusco.
Taste: dry, harmonious, rightly acid, sightly full bodied.
Vinification: Red wine vinification with maceration. Secondary fermentation in autoclave with the Classic Charmat Process.
Alcohol content: 11% vol
Gastronomic combination: Tortellini in broth, cooked shoulder and slightly seasoned cold cuts.
Service temperature: 14-15° c
